Hi i have an idea for map making for nexuiz and it is after making your own nexuiz map i think there should be say a spot on this website or even open a new website called custom nexuiz and basically people can share the maps they make and others can download them and play them and people can rate each others maps and tell them what they think and there can be a little leader board on the best rated maps most down, loaded maps and even the nexuiz developers favourite map
i would love to know what you think
thanks

This should be in either the Maps Discussion or the PC Editing board. However, that's a fun idea, I still find myself checking back to the all-too-famous Halo: Custom Edition site to check for new content. Ah, those were the days, playing PvP in Hyrule and reliving the Normandy Coast landing with Plasma Rifles. Hell, if someone could manage to mod a campaign mode into Nexuiz, i'd throw metaphorical buckets of respect-cash at him.

PC Halo was actually quite popular for modding. If the core game didn't suck so bad I might have cared to check it out.
As for the topic idea, IIRC, Nexuiz is getting Steam Workshop support, so that'll take care of that already, I think.

Great to hear that Workshop is coming to Nexuiz! Can't wait to see the community make amazing stuff for it like it did for Skyrim and the like (not me though, I lack the necessary skills, me thinks). As for the discussion above though, PC Halo didn't suck at all, as you would've known had you checked it out. It had an amazingly active community, lots of prestigious mods were made everyday, and to this day the custom edition has a lot of hardcore online players.
