In my game at the moment the new Blueroom maps look unfinished and massively overbright.
Are they supposed to be like this?
All the other maps look fine and I'm running in DX11 mode.

Hey Carpetstain, thanks for posting. The blue rooms are supposed to look that way, as they are the community designed levels people voted on, and can see the progress/make suggestions. Once the level flow is settled, then the aesthetic work will happen. We are aware of the brightness, and will be touched up. Thanks again - JaySy03

Yes. These are work in progress maps. They are unfinished. They're currently just a bunch of BSP with some terrain in one of them, for testing the general layout/design behind them.

They are very nice, aren't they? Much less cramped and awkward, and much more open and free-moving. They really bring out the unique movement of PCNexuiz.

I really like the idea of WIP maps as a community decision process.
Maybe this is even a marketing idea for the webiste. Let the public chose from 3 blueprints, publish the story on games news sites and the likes. To vote people have to register to the forums and vote in specific threads .Everyone who votes gets the chance to win a free copy for him or his friends. Maybe 2-5/100 win a copy. Could be a great marketing action.
