Hello guys,

So I've been trying to play nexuiz but I'm having fps problems.

When I go and play the maps that are outside while in crossfire I can set the game to all ultra settings with lighting on and get a steady 70-90 Fps. But when the map switches to Tension the fps bounces between 15-40 Fps and is completely unplayable. If I turn the lighting to low I get back into the 70-90 fps range on tension and in the 100s on the other maps.

So after just not playing the game for awhile I played today and still got a terrible fps on tension with ultra so I used the low preset and turned the lighting to ultra and wasn't able to get over 40 Fps.
So I took off crossfire and I can get 20-40 Fps on tension and it is playable at all ultra settings even with lighting turned up. and if I take off lighting I get 50-60 Fps.

So I want to be able get the major fps boost from crossfire and don't want the game to look bad by having lighting on low. I also don't want to have to disable crossfire every time I want to play the game... It's a good game but has some issues still...

Resolution: 1920x1080 23" Monitor
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE 3.4Ghz
Ram: 8Gbs G.Skill RipJaws 1600
Gpu1: PowerColor 6950 2Gb
Gpu2: Sapphire 6950 2Gb Dirt 3 Edition
Crossfire is running 16x 16x
