Collectable items: values and respawn times

Let's make a list of all collectibles, their bonusses and respawn times.
Cells, 80 ammo, 15 sec
Explosives, 240 ammo, 15 sec
Weapons, 80/240 ammo, 15 sec
Armor Shards, 3% armor, 15 sec
Armor, 50% armor, 20 sec
Strength, x2 dmg for 30 sec, respawn 90 sec
Mutator, 75 sec
Cells, 80 ammo, 15 sec
Explosives, 240 ammo, 15 sec
Weapons, 80/240 ammo, 15 sec
Armor Shards, 3% armor, 15 sec
Armor, 50% armor, 20 sec
Strength, x2 dmg for 30 sec, respawn 90 sec
Mutator, 75 sec

No problem
But don't nail me down to these values. Armor shards might me slightly above 3%. Maybe we'll get the official values from the devs later.
I heard them say that the large armor is 75 armor in a commentary, however it's hard to tell since there is no actual numbers on the UI.

Shard = 6 Armor (4%)
Mutator respawn time: 45s - 90s (random 5s-value in between)
Mutators initially spawn at random times (could be 45s-90s as above)
Strength inital spawn time: 50s
Strength indicator/lightning bolt: 10s before spawn
Dropped flag respawn time: 15s
Time before Health recharges: 5s
