Is the Nexuiz servers down?

Myself and three other people tried to join online but we keep getting the offline servers error message. After the message, it would not even give us the option to try again as the "Play Xbox Live" option can not be highlighted. We have been trying to get on for about every few minutes the past hour.

What is the dev team doing to alleviate or remedy the update problem with the stats? The stats update infrequently, sometimes never in a stretch of 5-10 games. Why is this, and what is being done to solve this problem?
Many players have this problem. It is discouraging when you have amazing games and your stats and pips aren't recording. Why isn't the game rewarding our play properly, and with consistency like hundreds of other FPS multilayer games?

So I have been away from Nexuiz due to university but I got a bit of time off so I could come home and play a few rounds of Nexuiz. I heard of the patch that went live so I was eager to play and see the improved changes.
HOW IS IT THAT EVERYTHING IS WORSE WITH THE PATCH?!?!?!?!!?!?
Matches take waaaaaay too much time, 4v4 is still a rarity (or even no existent), there are random sensitivity changes in game, more lag, still haven't fixed drop/in drop out problem, and still haven't fixed the STATS tracking problem.
Speaking of stats, I played a game yesterday. I noticed by stats had been reset. All zero. Everything. All stats to zero as if I had a fresh download. Why is this?
Not impressive.
