Thanks a lot for your patience as we cut through some of these issues we got going on.
I'll cut to the chase and start listing off some FAQs, please note, most of the stuff you don't see here can be found in the other thread regarding the v1.1 Title Update. Please be rest assured we are working tirelessly to get these issues resolved.
- Q: Why can I only play 3v3? A: There is a severe bug that is *generally* fixed when we restrict the server to 3v3 instead of 4v4. This is to make sure you can play the game while we get the patch ready.
- Q: Why aren't my stats being saved? A: This is a bug we are looking into currently, we'll keep you updated on it's status. Please note that you need to see the map voting screen come up before stats fully save. If you quit before this your stats won’t save.
- Q: Can you add X feature? A: Please provide us feedback in the forums for suggestions, we do read it and will do our best to get the community what it wants.
- Q: Why can't I unlock Globe Trotter? A: We are looking into this, please stand by. In order to unlock globe trotter at the moment you need to play all maps without quitting the game.
- Q: Why does the server keep going down? A: We have resolved most of this, but are on standby monitoring the situation should it happen again.
- Q: I get Stuck after I Die/Host Migration, what is going on? A: This is a known issue and is fixed in the title update.
- Q: Why are players appearing/disappearing in front of me? A: This is an issue with Player Prediction we are still looking into.
- Q: Why does it take a long time with Match Making? A: There are various reasons why matchmaking can take a long time. We are making some attempts to make it faster for you. This will hopefully be fixed server side and not require a title update.
- Q: Ragequitters are terrible! What are you doing to make sure I don't have to deal with them? A: We are investigating several solutions at the moment. We want to ensure you do not have to deal with these people, no matter what your rank is.
- Q: Why is X weapon different/op/etc.? A: We handle all of our weapon balance server side, which means we can make adjustments on the fly without the need for a patch! We will change this based on the way players play, what is unbalanced, etc. If you think something is wrong, post in the feedback to discuss it with your fellow players.
- Q: What is this X Bug! A: We thank you for bringing our attention to bugs, please let us know in the forums!
- Q: Dynamic Mutator X is imbalanced!!!! A: Please let us know about this in the feedback section. Dynamic Mutators are also balanced on the server.
- Q: Why can't I get past the Press Start screen on the Trial Version A: This means the Nexuiz Servers are down, a fix for this is coming soon.
