Hello.
I bought the game this morining; it looks like cool.. even faster than Unreal and Quake.. i love it.

But unfortunately i can't play it

After 10 minutes gameplay i get a black screen and pc freeze. I have to restart my system.

Too BAD.

I leave my system technical specification.. hoping somoene can help me.

(Offcourse i have the last drivers)


CPU: i7 2600k @4,4ghz

Motherboard: Asus maxiumus IV Extreame-z

RAM: 8 gb ddr3 Corsair vengeance

HD : 2x 120 gb Corsair SSD FOrce Series Sata 3

VGA: Nvidia GTX 480 (asus)

SoundCard: Asus Xonare Essence STX

PowerSurge: Corsair HX1050 (1050 w)

What Nvidia drivers do you use?

296.10 .. original one.

If you google the 296.10, people have been having trouble with freeze ups. I am using 295.73, but I think I am having a motherboard problem with the pcie port freezing. Anyhow, using the 295.73 might work for you, I have much fewer freeze ups at least. 295.73 should not create any problems, all new games and apps will run.

And btw, Cryengine has problems (rather it is a microsoft problem) with Wacom drivers. If you have a tablet or something similar, try disabling TabletInputService (and TouchPenService... or similar, all those processes that start with T and have something to do with Tablets and Touch).

You do that in Windows Task Manager -> Services.

I also have Problem wtih the Nvidia drivers, it freezes the Game, Nvidia does not fix that over Years, playing on a 470 here and with
295.73.

I tryed diffrent cards and boards in some Games its the SAME error, first there are a few colored cubes on the Screen then the Game freezes.

Its not with ever Game only a Few games seem to have this error.
