I don't know if it's a bug or feature, but on Vigor you can't take the flag with you through the teleporters. Is this intended?

Yes u cant use teleporters while caring the flag.

Why is it terrible? It would be way too easy to cap the flag if you could use the teleporter. You wouldn't need to go through the chaos zone.

It's common place to disable teleporters when you have the flag. In TF2, for example, you cannot carry the briefcase through a teleporter. It makes the game more challenging and fair.
